Vidente (TVLogic) announces a new logo redesigned after 22 years for a sustainable future
Seoul, South Korea, July 19th, 2024. - Vidente Co., Ltd.(CEO, Jung geun Lim), the world-leading broadcast and professional display manufacturer with TVLogic brand, has revealed its revamped logo. The decision to refresh the logo is part of a new strategy aimed at continuing to innovate new products and stepping toward being a global leading brand. Based on the previous logo that has been used for over 20 years since its establishment in 2002, Vidente has been working on a future-oriented logo adding intense color and dynamics.
Denny An, General Sales Director, who worked on renewing the logo, said, "TLogic could grow from a small business to a mid-sized company thanks to the continued supports of customers around the world. Vidente has grown through the attention given to us by our customers. From now on, we will establish ourselves as a brand that understands our customers' needs, applies the market requirements, and goes along with them as a partner." he said, explaining the meaning of the new logo. Compared to the existing logo which was indigo and blue, the light and dark of blue was adjusted and expanded throughout the logo, and the dynamism was visually felt through the diagonal font placement. The color, which spreads through gradation, conveys a strong will to achieve diversified business expansion and sustainable growth strategies not only for monitors but also for broadcast video equipment in general.
The new logo was introduced as a signal to express the will for new growth and to bring about a reversal in the atmosphere in the face of increasingly fierce competition in the global market, including a prolonged global economic downturn. Changing the logo is not as easy as you think. Basically, it costs a lot of money, and everything from changing the signboard on the company building to changing the design of business cards, company documents, office supplies, etc. Explaining and publicizing the new logo to dealers and customers around the world is also an essential process. This is because products with the old logo can be instantly dismissed as outdated or mistaken for non-genuine products. Nevertheless, TVLogic jumped into new changes. In order to take a leap toward the future and deliver a new mid- to long-term strategy to customers, it was decided that the existing logo was not enough. TVLogic is currently preparing for making leaps forward step by step, accelerating the development of the new high-end monitors SVM series, following the completely redesigned 4K/UHD monitors LXM series. Based on the development of reliable products, we plan to strengthen our position in the global market by linking with products that customers want and providing more advanced services. TVLogic new logo will be publically unveiled at the upcoming IBC show in September for the first time. In the coming months, TVLogic will be updating all of the products, marketing materials and others with its new logo. Changing the logo is a practice that requires many steps and some time, so TVLogic will do so gradually. It will be inevitable that products with old logo and new logo are supplied together for the time being.
